The supplement industry can be described with ONE word: SHADY! In the past 20 or so years I have seen a lot of garbage come into the supplement industry. There was HMB, there was creatine loading, live tablets and lets not forget ULTIMATE ORANGE with traces of some clenbuterol in it…so they said!


The supplement industry plays with our emotions! ”Get lean in 15 days” or “Put on 15% muscle in a month”. For the newbie, this can be quite tempting for you. 


The new scam? BCAA’s.
